It's simple and takes under 5 minutes. Boil water, let boiled water sit for a few minutes and submerge the mouthpiece for 30 seconds until soft. Remove and allow to cool for 10 seconds, then bite down firmly and hold for 30 seconds. Rinse under cold water to set the shape. Full instructions are included in the box.
